10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within California, United States, for the resolution of any disputes.



13. TERMINATION

Huntgrit may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.



14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.



15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Huntgrit regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Huntgrit.
